Our client was Inner Circle Consulting and we worked closely with the owner of the market, Norwich Council, and the traders, we developed a vision, business plan and list of potential interventions for making the market resilient and for it to take on a larger role in the town centre. The work is feeding into a Strategic Business Case (SOC) for the market and City Hall.
